Pet Coach (“we”, “our”) is a digital experience created by Centous Apps to help users track daily pet routines, moods, and tasks, and discover pet care product suggestions. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Mini collects, how it is used, and how users can manage or delete their data.

By using Pet Coach Mini, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Pet Coach Mini collects and stores only the information you voluntarily provide within the Mini:

1.1 PET PROFILE INFORMATION

• Pet name
• Breed
• Gender
• Age
• Weight
• Avatar image (optional)

1.2 DAILY CHECK-INS

• Completed pet care tasks
• Mood selection
• Optional notes
• Date and timestamp of interactions

Important:

All data is stored locally on your device using Shopify’s useAsyncStorage.
No personal data is saved on Centous servers, Shopify servers, or third-party systems.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The Mini uses your locally stored data to:

• Display your pet’s daily progress
• Maintain your streak history
• Personalize suggested tasks and moods
• Recommend relevant pet products
• Allow you to edit or update your pet’s profile

No data is transmitted to external services.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do NOT share, sell, or send your data to:

• Shopify
• Third-party companies
• Advertisers
• Analytics providers
• Any Centous servers

The Mini operates fully client-side.

The only external call made by the Mini is for retrieving publicly available Shop product recommendations when you view the product suggestions screen. Your profile or check-in data is never included in these requests.

4. YOUR DATA CONTROLS

Inside the Mini, users may:

• Update pet profile details
• Edit or overwrite today’s check-in
• Reset (delete) all saved data
• Uninstalling the Mini also removes all local data

Because the Mini uses only local device storage, we cannot access, retrieve, or restore your data.

5. DATA RETENTION

Your data remains stored only on your device until:

• You delete it manually, or
• You uninstall the Mini

Centous Apps does not retain or back up any user information.

6. SECURITY

While no digital system is ever completely secure, Pet Coach Mini reduces risk by:

• Storing all information locally
• Not transmitting personal data over a network
• Not integrating analytics, tracking, or login systems

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Pet Coach Mini is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Mini evolves.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
