These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pet Coach, a digital experience built by Centous Apps to assist with pet care tracking and product discovery.
By using the Mini, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT PET COACH

Pet Coach provides:

• Daily pet care check-ins
• Routine task recommendations
• Mood tracking
• Pet profile management
• Personalized product suggestions

The Mini is for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. NOT VETERINARY ADVICE

Pet Coach does not provide medical or veterinary advice.
All suggestions and information are general in nature.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical concerns regarding your pet.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Mini, you agree:

• To provide accurate information when updating your pet’s profile
• Not to misuse or manipulate the Mini in ways that degrade performance
• To use the Mini only for lawful purposes

4. DATA STORAGE

The Mini stores all data locally on your device using Shopify’s useAsyncStorage.
Centous Apps does not:

• Access your data
• Store your data
• Transmit your data to servers

You are solely responsible for managing your own data through the Mini.

5. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Product recommendations within the Mini:

• Are based on general relevance
• Do not imply endorsement
• May not represent all available options

Availability and pricing depend on the Shopify Shop marketplace.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Centous Apps is not liable for damages resulting from Mini usage
• The Mini is provided “as-is” without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

You use the Mini at your own discretion and risk.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Mini interacts with Shopify’s Shop app infrastructure.
It does not connect to any other third-party services.

8. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Centous Apps may modify, pause, or discontinue the Mini at any time without liability.
Terms may also be updated when needed.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws.
